Lena offers in-person and virtual yoga classes in a variety of classes each week for every level. The intention of the yoga classes is to enhance and promote health, wellbeing and creativity in a safe and supportive way. A yoga session begins with breathing exercises and warmups, leads into strengthening exercises, asanas and pranayama and ends with a meditation/deep relaxation to alleviate stresses and feel refreshed.

Yoga classes are ongoing and each week puts an emphasis on something different, for example, standing postures, forward or back bends, or restoration.
